各種ビジュアルに関しまして

About Stage Performance's Visual

本作につきまして、実際の舞台メイク及び撮影では、いわゆる特定の人種を表現するようなメイクではなく、あくまで役者様ご本人の肌色を生かしたメイクとなっております。

一方、各種宣伝物につきましては、画像加工処理をかけております。
結果として、すべてのビジュアルに関しまして、肌色が白いキャラクターはより白く、血色が良いキャラクターは少し濃い目の肌色に見える仕上がりになっております。
誤解を招くこととなり、ご不快に思われた方には深くお詫び申し上げます。
大変申し訳ございません。
改めて、特定の人種を表現するようなメイクにはなっていないことを、ここにご報告申し上げます。

「第五人格舞台」はあくまで架空の世界に生きる架空のキャラクターたちを表現する場であり、現実世界における人種、国籍、生まれ等の差別問題を助長したり、擁護したりする意図は一切ございません。
また、物語の中に持ち込むつもりもありません。

しかしながら、それらの問題を忘れるわけではなく、常に念頭にはおきつつも、あくまで架空世界に生きる架空のキャラクターたちの、それぞれの生き方や背景を掘り下げて描けたらと真摯に取り組んでおります。
ご観劇いただく皆様には、架空とはいえ、役者の皆さんが生身で表現することで初めて描ける、彼ら一人一人の物語を感じ、楽しんで頂けたら幸いです。

最後に、現実世界でのさまざまな人権、差別問題が1日も早く解決に向かうことをお祈り申し上げます。

In this work, we use makeups matching the original complexion of each actor for the stage performance and for the shooting instead of using makeups suggestive of specific ethnicities.

On the other hand, we edit images featured in advertisement materials. As a result, characters with lighter skin complexion look paler, while characters with healthier complexion look darker in these presentations. We sincerely apologize for those who felt offended by the resulting products, which may have invited unintended interpretations. While we deeply regret the lack of sufficient discretion on our part, allow us to declare that the makeups do not represent any specific ethnicities.

“Identity V STAGE” is exclusively dedicated to presenting fictional characters living in a fictional world without any intention to facilitate or defend discriminations based on ethnicity, nationality, or social background in our real world. Nor do we intend to bring any of such discrimination into the story.

At the same time, however, we are working hard to explore the life and background of each fictional character in depth in the fictional world, bearing in mind that we do have all sorts of problems stemming from unjustifiable discriminations in our world. We sincerely hope that, as audience, you feel connected to the stories of the characters coming to life through the actors and enjoy experiencing it with them.

In closing, we pray for the early realization of the day when all problems deriving from human right abuses and discriminations in our world finally come to an end.
