劇場での当日券はありますか？

当日券は残席がある場合のみ、公演当日、抽選にて販売いたします（お席の場所は選べません）。

• 抽選券の配布ならびに当日券の販売は、お1人様1枚とさせていただきます。
• 販売は先着順ではございません。
• 抽選の場合、ご当選者様は必ずその場でチケットをご購入いただき、そのままご入場をお願いいたします。
• 一部演出の都合上、見えづらいお席等の場合もございます。
• 座席はお選びいただけません。またお支払いは現金のみとなります。

• お並びいただいたお客様の人数が、ご用意した当日券の枚数以下だった場合は、その場で先着販売となります。

≪当日引換券とは≫
公演日当日会場にて座席指定券とお引換えいただくチケットです。お座席は先着順ではなく、ランダムでのお渡しとなります。
お座席はお選びいただけませんので、ご了承ください。
※公演によっては当日券のお取り扱いが無い可能性もございます。
※2名以上の場合はお並びのお席をご用意できない場合がございます。
※見えづらいお席やスピーカーなど機材に近いお席となる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

開場時間は開演の何分前ですか？

開演45分前を予定しております。
※状況により時間は変更となる場合がございます。
※入場時、一時的に場外でお待ちいただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

開演時間に遅れてしまった場合、入場できますか？

遅れての入場は可能です。スタッフがお席までご案内いたします。
ただし、開演いたしますと演出の都合上、客席にご案内できない時間帯がございますので、予めご了承ください。
なお、ご入場後、再入場はできませんので予めご了承ください。

公演中のスタンディング・歓声は可能ですか？

スタンディングでのご観覧はご遠慮いただいております。
また、後方やお隣付近にお座りのお客様のご迷惑にならないよう、視界を塞いでしまう行為（過度なアップヘアスタイル、観劇中の帽子の着用、前のめりになる等）はご遠慮ください。全てのお客様が公演をお楽しみいただけるよう皆様のご協力をお願い申し上げます。

車椅子での観劇は可能ですか？

可能です。ご来場当日、お座席までのスムーズなご案内の為、お手数をお掛けしますが、チケット購入後ご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。
また、お座席までのご移動の際スタッフによるお手伝いをご希望の方も同様にご連絡をお願いいたします。その際、ご観劇日時・お座席番号を合わせてお知らせください。

年齢制限はありますか？

本公演では、演出の都合上激しい照明の明滅や大音量での音響効果がございます。健康への影響を考慮したうえで公演開催時に未就学児童のお客様の入場をお断りさせていただきます。
ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

チケットを紛失してしまったのですが……。

紛失・盗難などいかなる場合においてもチケットの再発行はできません。充分にご注意ください。
また、公演当日にチケットをお忘れになった方も場内にお入りいただけませんので、ご注意ください。

購入した日に観に行けなくなった場合、払戻しはできますか？

一度ご購入になられたチケットのお客様都合による変更・キャンセルはできません。また、公演中止時以外の払い戻しは下記の事柄を含む、事情の如何に関わらず一切できません。

• 天変地異及びそれに伴う交通機関トラブルの際でも、公演が行われた場合。
• 公演にて実施いたします感染症対策にてご入場を控えていただく条件に該当する場合や対策実施にご協力いただけずご入場をお断りさせていただく場合。

上記のことをあらかじめご了承いただいた方のみチケットをお申込み・ご購入ください。公演が中止になった場合には、公式サイト・公式Ｘにて公演中止のお知らせ、払い戻し方法のご案内をさせていただきます。

キャストの方にプレゼントやファンレターはお渡しできますか？

ロビー内にプレゼント・お手紙お預かりコーナーを設置いたしますので、そちらをご利用ください。

• プレゼント・お手紙はスタッフが開封させていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
• 飲食物、生もののプレゼントはお預かり出来ません。
• どのキャストへのお手紙・プレゼントか必ず明記ください。

お祝い花は送っても良いのでしょうか？

運営の都合上、ロビー・楽屋とも誠に勝手ながら、法人のお客様および個人のお客様全てのお花をお断りさせていただきます。予めご了承ください。

※宅急便などでお送りいただきましたものも、受け取りをお断りすることがございますので、重ねてご了承ください。

キャラクターのコスチューム着用での観劇は可能ですか？

特に服装の規定はございませんが、スタッフがコスプレだと判断するもの（一般の日常生活をおくっている上で見かけない格好等）は、たとえご本人はコスプレではないと主張されても入場をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。

応援グッズは持ち込み可能ですか？

本公演では公演中、応援グッズの使用が可能です。使用可能な応援グッズについては下記をご確認ください。

【サインライト】
発光が強すぎたり、全長が長すぎる（※目安として、全長30㎝以上）サインライト等のアイテムは、他のお客様のご迷惑になる可能性がございますので、ご利用はご遠慮ください。また、サイリウムなどの消灯不可能なライト類は客席内ではご使用いただけませんのでご注意ください。

【うちわ】
うちわのサイズは面の部分(持手を含まない)が30cmまでとさせていただきます。また、うちわを持っての応援は【お１人様１枚】までとさせていただきます。

• 手に持てるうちわが１枚となり、会場内へ複数枚のうちわの持ち込みは可能です。
• 装飾をする場合も、公式の規定サイズ（30cm×30cm）からはみ出さないようご注意ください。
• モール等取れやすいものでの装飾はご遠慮ください。
• ホログラム等、反射してしまう可能性のあるものでの装飾はご遠慮ください。

クロークはありますか？

本公演ではクロークのご用意がございません。大きなお荷物は駅や周辺施設のコインロッカーをお調べの上、ご利用をお願いいたします。
なお、会場内ではお預かりすることはできませんので、予めご了承ください。
また、座席に置ききれないお荷物をお持ちの方にはご入場をお断りする場合がございます。

遅れて到着する友人のチケットを入口で預かってもらえますか？

チケットのお預かりはできません。予めご了承ください。

入場後、遅れて到着する友人のチケットを場外で受け渡ししたいのですが……。

本公演は、再入場禁止の公演となっております。恐れ入りますが、チケットの受け渡しは事前にご入場前までにお願いいたします。

お手洗いはありますか？

会場内のお手洗いは、開演まではご利用いただけますが、終演後はご利用いただけませんのでご了承ください。 なお、早朝、夜間につきましては近隣でご利用いただけるお手洗いはございませんのでご了承ください。

喫煙所はありますか？

会場内に喫煙所はございません。あらかじめご了承ください。

チケット特典の引換方法を教えてください。

「SCHEDULE&TICKET」欄に掲載しておりますのでご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。

待ち合わせできる場所はありますか？

会場付近でのお待ち合わせは同施設内の他テナント様へのご迷惑となりますため、ご遠慮いただいております。予め同施設へのご到着前の集合をお願いいたします。終演後につきましては規制退場を実施いたしますので、同施設内でのお待ち合わせはできません。

観劇マナーおよび会場内外における注意事項はありますか？

• ぬいぐるみ持ち込みは可能ですが、観劇中は鞄の中等に入れていただきますようお願いをしております。
• 本公演では全公演で カメラによる撮影、収録が行われる予定です。客席の様子がカメラへ映り込むこともございますので、予めご了承ください。
• 客席でのご飲食はご遠慮ください。また、ロビー内でのお食事もご遠慮ください。
• 会場内に録音、録画、複写に使用する機材を持ち込むことはできません。会場内への持ち込みを発見した場合は、没収及びチケット回収の上、ご退場いただくことがございますので、ご了承ください。
• 公演中の携帯電話の使用は禁止です。また、携帯電話の機能を使用しての写真及び映像撮影、録音も禁止いたします。公演中に撮影・録音・録画をされた場合、公演の途中でも発見次第、ご退場いただきます。撮影・録音・録画されたデータはその場で削除させていただきます。退場となった場合、その後のご入場はお断りさせていただきます。退場となった場合のチケット代金の払い戻しはいたしかねますので、ご了承ください。
• グッズや入場待機形成時間を待つ為、その他、いかなる理由につきましても劇場近隣の施設、施設内他フロア通路などでの滞留は禁止させていただきます。
• キャストに対して「入り待ち」「出待ち」「追いかける」等の行為は、一切禁止とさせていただきます。上記を含め、スタッフが「迷惑行為」と判断する行為を行っている方を確認次第、公演への入場をお断りさせていただく場合もございますので、ご了承ください。
• 会場敷地内ではスタッフの指示・案内にご協力いただけますようお願いいたします。
• その他、スタッフが不適切と判断する行為がございました際にはお声がけさせていただく場合がございます。お守りいただけない場合、やむを得ず公演を中断、またはご退場いただくことがございます。
  退場となった場合、その後のご入場はお断りさせていただきます。退場となった場合のチケット代金の払い戻しはいたしかねますので、ご了承ください。

How long is the performance?

The performance is expected to last approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
*Please note that the duration may vary based on the production.

Are same-day tickets available at the venue?

Same-day tickets will be sold by lottery on the day of the performance, only if there are seats available. (Seat selection is not possible.)

• Lottery tickets will be distributed, and the lottery and ticket sales will take place for those lined up in the same-day ticket queue at the venue entrance between 60 and 45 minutes before each performance.
• Please note that lining up 60 minutes prior to the performance is not allowed.
• Each person can receive one lottery ticket and purchase one same-day ticket.
• Tickets are not sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If you win the lottery, you must purchase your ticket on the spot and proceed directly to the venue.
• Depending on stage arrangements, some seats may have obstructed views.
• Seat selection is not available, and only cash payments will be accepted.

• If the number of people in line is fewer than the available same-day tickets, tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at that time.
• The transfer of lottery tickets or purchased tickets is prohibited.
• Lost lottery tickets cannot be reissued, and they will be invalid even if you win.

Tickets for each performance can be purchased as a same-day exchange voucher through Ticket PIA until 11:59 PM the day before the show.

What is a Same-day Exchange Voucher?
A same-day exchange voucher can be exchanged for a reserved seat ticket at the venue on the day of the performance. Seats are assigned randomly and not on a first-come, first-served basis.Seat selection is not available.

*Same-day tickets may not be available for select performances.
*If purchasing tickets for groups of two or more, adjacent seats may not be available.
* Please note in advance that some seats may have obstructed views or may be located near speakers and other equipment.

When does the venue open?

The venue is scheduled to open 45 minutes prior to the start of the show.
*Please note that opening times are subject to change.
*You may be asked to temporarily wait outside upon entry. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I enter the venue if I arrive late?

Yes, late entry is allowed. Staff will guide you to your seat. However, during certain parts of the performance, you may have to wait to be seated due to production reasons.
Re-entry is not allowed.

Can I stand or cheer during the performance?

Standing during the performance is not permitted.
Please avoid blocking the view of others, such as by wearing excessive hairstyles, hats during the performance, or leaning forward.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests can enjoy the show.

Can I attend in a wheelchair?

Yes. To ensure proper accommodation, please contact us after purchasing your ticket. If you require assistance moving to your seat, please inform us with your attendance date and seat number in advance.

Is there an age restriction?

Due to intense lighting and loud sound effects, pre-school aged children will not be admitted for health and safety reasons.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What if I lose my ticket?

Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
Additionally, entry will not be permitted for those who forget their tickets on the day of the performance.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for personal reasons. In addition, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances except in the event of a performance cancellation, including:

• If the performance proceeds as scheduled, even in the event of natural disasters or related transportation disruptions.
• Being unable to attend due to failing to meet the conditions of the venue's infectious disease prevention measures, or for refusal to comply with these measures and are denied entry.

Please only apply for and purchase tickets if you understand and agree to the above conditions.
In the event of a performance cancellation, notifications and refund procedures will be announced via the official website and official X account.

Can I give gifts or fan letters to the cast?

There will be a designated area in the lobby to leave gifts and letters for the cast.

*Please note that all gifts and letters will be opened by staff in advance.
*Gifts that include food or perishable items will not be accepted.
*Be sure to clearly indicate which cast member your letter or gift is for.

Can I send congratulatory flowers?

Due to operational reasons, flowers from corporate or individual attendees in either the lobby or backstage areas will not be accepted.
*Please note that we may also refuse to accept items sent via delivery.

Can I attend in costume?

There are no dress code restrictions, however, if staff deems your outfit as cosplay　(such as clothing not typically seen in daily life), entry may be denied, even if you claim it is not cosplay.

Can I bring cheering gear?

Cheering gear may be used during the performance. Please check the guidelines below for permitted items.

[Light Sticks]
Please refrain from using excessively bright or long light sticks (e.g., those exceeding 30 cm in length), as they may disturb other guests. Additionally, please note that glow sticks or other lights that cannot be turned off are not allowed inside the seating area.

[Uchiwa Fans]
The fan surface (excluding the handle) must not exceed 30 cm. Each person may hold “only one fan” while cheering.

• Bringing multiple fans into the venue is allowed, as long as only one is held at a time.
• If decorating your fan, ensure it does not exceed the official size limit (30 cm × 30 cm).
• Please avoid decorations with easily detachable materials such as pipe cleaners.
• Refrain from using reflective decorations like holographic materials.

• To avoid disturbing others, do not raise your cheering gear above chest level or wave them side to side.
• Cheering gear other than those mentioned above (e.g., boards) are not permitted.
• Standing during the performance is not allowed.

Is there a cloakroom?

A cloakroom will not be available. Please check for and use coin lockers at the station or nearby facilities for larger items.
We cannot hold any items within the venue.
Additionally, individuals carrying larger items that cannot fit in their seats may be denied entry.

Can the staff hold onto tickets at the entrance for late arrivals?

Staff cannot hold tickets for late arrivals.

I’d like to hand a ticket to a friend outside the venue who will arrive after I've entered.

Re-entry is not permitted for this event. We kindly ask that all ticket exchanges be completed prior to entering the venue.

Are there restrooms at the venue?

Yes, however, restrooms will only be available before the performance, not afterward. Please note that there are no restrooms available in the vicinity during early morning or late night hours.

Is there a smoking area?

No smoking area is available at the venue.

How can I receive my ticket bonuses?

Please check the "SCHEDULE&TICKET" section for details on how to collect ticket bonuses.

Where can I meet my friends before or after the show?

We kindly ask that you refrain from gathering near the venue, as it may inconvenience other tenants in the facility. Please gather before arriving at the venue. After the show, exit regulations will be enforced, preventing on-site meetups.

Are there any rules regarding audience behavior or guidelines for inside and outside the venue?

• You may bring stuffed animals, but they must remain in your bag during the performance.
• Please be aware that cameras for filming will be active during all performances, and audience members may appear on camera.
• Eating and drinking are prohibited in the audience section, and we kindly ask that visitors also refrain from eating in the lobby.
• Audio recording, filming, or duplicating the performance is strictly prohibited. Any such devices found in the venue will be confiscated, and your ticket may be revoked, resulting in removal from the venue.
• The use of mobile phones during the performance is prohibited. Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings with your phone is also not allowed. If you are caught doing the aforementioned activities, you will be asked to leave immediately, and the recorded data will be deleted. No refunds will be issued for ejections and you will be refused re-entry.
• Loitering in nearby facilities, including theater corridors or surrounding areas, while waiting for merchandise, or forming lines before entering the venue is prohibited.
• Waiting for, following, or chasing after the cast is strictly prohibited. If any behavior deemed disruptive by the staff is observed, you may be denied entry to the performance.
• Please follow the instructions of staff members when on venue grounds.
• A staff member may approach you if any inappropriate behavior is observed, and failure to comply may result in the performance being interrupted or your removal from the venue. No refunds will be issued for ejections and you will be refused re-entry.
