Q:How long is the performance?
The performance is scheduled to last about 2 hours, while the special performance is expected to be about 2 and a half hours.

Q:Are same-day tickets available at the venue?
Same-day tickets will be sold by lottery on the day of the performance, only if there are seats available. (Seat selection is not possible.)
- Lottery tickets will be distributed, and the lottery and ticket sales will take place for those lined up in the same-day ticket queue at the venue entrance between 70 and 60 minutes before each performance.
- Please note that lining up 70 minutes prior to the performance is not allowed.
- Each person can receive one lottery ticket and purchase one same-day ticket.
- Tickets are not sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you win the lottery, you must purchase your ticket on the spot and proceed directly to the venue.
- Depending on stage arrangements, some seats may have obstructed views.
- Seat selection is not available, and only cash payments will be accepted.
*If the number of people in line is fewer than the available same-day tickets, tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at that time.
*The transfer of lottery tickets or purchased tickets is prohibited.
*Lost lottery tickets cannot be reissued, and they will be invalid even if you win.

Tickets for each performance can be purchased on Ticket PIA until 11:59 PM the day before the show as a same-day exchange voucher (*).
<What is a Same-Day Exchange Voucher?>
This ticket is exchanged for a reserved seat ticket at the venue on the day of the performance. Seats are not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, but are given out randomly.
Please note that you cannot choose your seat.
*In some cases, there may be no same-day tickets available.
*For groups of two or more, adjacent seats may not be provided.
*Please note in advance that some seats may have obstructed views or may be located near equipment such as speakers.
Q:When does the venue open?
Doors Open: 1 hour prior to the start of the show, Seating: 45 minutes prior to the start of the show.

Q:Can I enter if I'm late?
Yes, late entry is allowed. Staff will guide you to your seat. However, during certain parts of the performance, you may have to wait to be seated due to production reasons. Re-entry is not allowed.
Q:Can I stand or cheer during the performance?
Standing during the performance is not permitted. Additionally, to avoid disturbing other guests seated nearby or behind you, please refrain from actions that block their view (such as excessive hairstyles, wearing hats during the performance, or leaning forward). We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all guests can enjoy the show.
Q:Can I attend in a wheelchair?
Yes. Please contact us after purchasing your ticket so as to ensure proper accommodation. If you require assistance moving to your seat, please inform us of your attendance date and seat number.

Q:Is there an age restriction?
Due to intense lighting and loud sound effects, with consideration for health and safety, pre-school age children will not be permitted entry.
Q:I lost my ticket.
Please note that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
Entry will also not be permitted if you forget your ticket on the day of the performance.
Q:Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
No refunds or exchanges are provided for personal reasons. In addition, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including the reasons listed below, except in the event of a performance cancellation.
- If the performance proceeds as scheduled, even in the event of natural disasters or related transportation disruptions.
- If you are asked to refrain from attending due to failing to meet the conditions of the infection prevention measures implemented at the performance, or if you refuse to cooperate with these measures and are denied entry.
Please only apply for and purchase tickets if you understand and agree to the above conditions. In the event of a performance cancellation, notifications and refund procedures will be announced via the official website and official X.
Q:Can I give gifts or fan letters to the cast?
There will be a designated area in the lobby to leave gifts and letters for the cast.
*Please note that gifts and letters will be opened by staff in advance.
*We cannot accept gifts that include food or perishable items.
*Be sure to clearly indicate which cast member your letter or gift is for.
Q:Can I send celebratory flowers?
Due to operational reasons, we regret to inform you that we will not be accepting any flowers from corporate or individual customers in either the lobby or backstage areas. We appreciate your understanding.
*Please note that we may also refuse to accept items sent via courier services.
Q:Can I attend in costume?
There are no dress code restrictions, however, if staff deems your outfit as cosplay(such as clothing not typically seen in everyday life), entry may be denied, even if you claim it is not cosplay.
Q:Is there a cloakroom?
This performance does not offer cloakroom services. Please check for and use coin lockers at the station or nearby facilities for larger items. We cannot hold any items within the venue.
Additionally, individuals with larger items that cannot be accommodated in their seats may be denied entry.
Q:Can you hold onto a friend’s ticket for late arrivals?
We cannot hold tickets at the entrance for late arrivals.
Q:I'd like to hand a ticket to a friend outside the venue who will arrive after I've entered.
Re-entry is not permitted for this event. We kindly ask that all ticket exchanges be completed prior to entering the venue.
Q:Are there restrooms at the venue?
Yes, but restrooms will only be available before the performance, not after. Please note that there are no restrooms available in the vicinity during early morning or late night hours.
Q:Is there a smoking area?
No smoking area is available at the venue.

Q:Is there a place to meet up with friends?
We kindly ask that you refrain from meeting near the venue, as it may inconvenience other tenants in the facility. Please gather before arriving at the venue. After the performance, due to safety regulations when exiting, gathering inside the facility will not be possible.
Q:Are there any rules for audience behavior or notes for inside and outside the venue?
- You may bring stuffed animals, but they must remain in your bag during the performance.
- Please be aware that cameras for filming will be active during all performances, and audience members may appear on camera.
- Eating and drinking are prohibited in the audience section, and we kindly ask that visitors also refrain from eating in the lobby.
- Audio recording, filming, or duplicating the performance is strictly prohibited. Any such devices found in the venue will be confiscated, and your ticket may be revoked, resulting in removal from the venue.
- The use of mobile phones during the performance is prohibited. Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings with your phone is also not allowed. If you are caught doing the aforementioned activities, you will be asked to leave immediately, and the recorded data will be deleted. No refunds will be issued for ejections and you will be refused re-entry.
- Loitering in nearby facilities, including theater corridors or surrounding areas, while waiting for merchandise, or forming lines before entering the venue is prohibited.
- Waiting for, following, or chasing after the cast is strictly prohibited. If any behavior deemed disruptive by the staff is observed, you may be denied entry to the performance.
- Please follow the instructions of staff members when on venue grounds.
- A staff member may approach you if any inappropriate behavior is observed, and failure to comply may result in the performance being interrupted or your removal from the venue. No refunds will be issued for ejections and you will be refused re-entry.
